Chef Thibaut Gamba celebrates good French cuisine bourgeoise where sharing is the watchword. At his side, Head Sommelier Alexandre Cuvillier invites you to explore the legendary vineyards of Bordeaux, Burgundy, the Loire Valley and beyond, with a range of prestigious pairings.
The food and wine pairings have been developed hand in hand with Chef Thibaut Gamba to offer guests a timeless sensory voyage, to be enjoyed with family or friends.
